If you have some spare time, you might want to browse nutritiondata.com and find the omega 3 fat content in common foods. The levels in foods you're already eating may suprise you.

That is exactly why I don't waste time with o-3 supplements. Aside from the fact that I heard that they taste nasty.
I'm all for not putting anything in my mouth that my tongue doesn't like.0 -
