I am 10 days late with starting this year off *right* I am ready to change my eating habits and loose 20 lbs. I have gained 10 lbs since Thanksgiving and I unable to fit into my jeans. I do't want to do a *fad* diet where I elminate carbs (which is what I did in the past) I would like to stick to a healthy eating plan that I can stick with for life. I have a 17 month old boy at home and want to set a good example of how to eat and exercise, I would love to meet some people that are looking for motivation and could help keep me on track. I am excited to start ...and for me to start a diet on Saturday is a 1st :)

    Hi! Sounds like you have a healthy approach in mind. I'm in a maintenance holding pattern right now but am constantly vigilant to not lose focus, it's a constant challenge.
