I mean you could unlock you Food Diary, so we would know for sure.0

OK now that is open you really are eating way too much sodium and "meals".
That Great Value Beef Stroganoff meal should go.
Make whole foods, not foods that come in a box.
The homemade chicken soup is probably wrong as well - there is no way it had no sodium or protein. Enter the recipe you used to make it into the recipe builder.
Try added fresh veggies.
try a lower sodium bread as well.0 -
my food diary is unlocked now. ty0

Watch for foods without sodium, more are being produced. Snacks w/o sodium now include pretzels, tortilla chips, etc.
Then yeah, like has been said, cook more at home. You do know you can add Sodium to the things My fitness Pal measures ... right?0 -
You can get Sodium free chicken and beef broths.0

I put only sodium free herbs to get chicken or veggies tasty, it works for me really well:) But a little sodium isn't bad, it participates in every nerve impulse and could lower your ability to lift weights efficiently if you are not having it enough.0

I should say "No salt added", not No Sodium.0

I suspect you're actually under-reporting sodium on some days. The white bread you're eating is showing as 0 sodium in your diary. That's not right. I bet that homemade chicken soup also has sodium in it.
As already mentioned, the biggest problem seems to be that beef stroganoff. Just that one meal is 1.5 days of sodium. It's also a pretty big individual meal, calorie wise, for the rest of what you're eating. I would probably shoot for something in the 600 calorie range and then eat two snacks or have 3 meals instead of 2.0
