How do you measure dry long pasta?

I get frustrated trying to calculate/track dry long pastas. I bought a cheap pasta measuring tool like this one (http://www.kitchenniche.ca/pasta-measurer-p-2715.html?currency=USD) but I don't really trust it.
Do you use a measuring tool for your dry pastas? Do you weigh your pasta or use some other method?

I weigh it. A lot easier and more accurate that way0

I also use my food scale to weigh it. Simple and reliable. When I didn't have a food scale, I use to divide the box by however many servings were in the box and rubber band each serving before putting the pasta back in the box. Not the most practical but it worked alright.0

A food scale is way more accurate, but I use this website since I don't have one.
