I made this tonight swapping the cheese for 2% velveeta because it's what I had available. Everyone loved it! Thank you! It's going in my recipe book!

Sweet! I actually had leftovers of it this weekend...swapping out the thousand island for ketchup and mustard...it was even BETTER!!!!!

I made it last year, love it. This is what mine looked like. (I used ground turkey too, I know its not the same...but lower calorie -- Ive also used ground chicken...tastes just as good. :) )

Oh awesome, I just remembered that I'm newly gluten-free and that I can't have canned crescent roll dough anymore.
Well, I still have this on the menu for tonight but I'm going to make my own gluten-free dough.

Here's the dough I'm going to try:
    http://www.food.com/recipe/gluten-free-crescent-rolls-382474

Amazingly, I put in both recipes (for the dough and for the "casserole" without dressing) and the nutrition facts were nearly identical.

1/8 of Big Mac recipe (without dressing) and 1/8 of gluten-free crescent dough:

320 calories, 22 grams carbs, 14 grams fat, 26 grams protein, 658 grams sodium, 3 grams sat. fat.

I'll check back in to say how it turns out. (:

I totally forgot..... I cut up and added 2 pieces of turkey bacon while browning the meat. My kids had just ketchup, I had ketchup and lots of mustard, my husband had miracle whip burger sauce which was way more calories. The bacon was great in it.
