    Yes count me in for the weekly weigh in. I am starting the weigh in thing tomorrow anyway. Still setting up my account on here. Also, out of curiousity, does anybody here not have bread for lunch? I am phasing out of eating bread, in particular for lunch, and wondering what else to eat apart from pasta and rice and am unsure where to look on here for direction.
    Also would weigh in be on this thread or a new topic?

    Yes count me in. I weigh 188.8 lbs and I am 4' 11". I am just starting it and would like to get down to 140 or less.

    I can't do it alone but maybe with a group I will.

    I'm in! I weigh 215.5 lbs. My daughter is getting married in June and my son & daughter-in law are expecting my first grandchild in August so for me now is the time!!!!!

    This sounds like an awesome idea! I'm going out for the track team and I need to get into serious running shape. I'm 5'5 and weigh 144 and I'd like to get to 130 to start

    Well today is my start weigh in. I weigh 90.7, stink as last time before christmas I weighed 88.7. Such as life, I will get it off and more :).
    I also know for me exercising 3 times a week is not just about loosing weight it is about feeling good. I will be weighing on a monday.

    Well this week I lost 2kgs. I am off to a good start. For those who think in pounds, thats about 4.4pounds. 1kgs is 2.2 pounds.:bigsmile:
