    This has given me such inspiration. I am in the upper 200s right now and my goal weight is upper 100s. I basically look like you in the first photo. I hope I can look like you in the second soon enough!

    I have managed to keep my weight off for the most part. I put on a few pounds from working out and indulging over the holidays but I am slowly taking it back off. My wife put on about 30 pounds but she is also working on it again.
