Well earned treat :-)

I've been saving up my calories all day, so I can have one of my favorite foods tonight home-cooked gluten free Fish and Chips !!

Its sooo tasty and I make everything myself including the beer batter (gluten free also) !!!

I will also be going for a 4 K run on Saturday, to make even more up for it.

Is anyone else looking forward to a well earned treat this weekend?

Yep, I am! I've been exercising all week and tonight I'm going out with a friend for one drink and maybe an appetizer, and then tomorrow we're celebrating my aunt and uncle's birthday so there will be cake of some kind. I'm going to try to exercise Saturday morning if I get up early enough. If not it's no big deal, I have about 1900 extra calories from exercise this week, but I'm using some of that to make up for Christmas and New Year's weeks, next week will be back to normal.

I've done well today watching the calories and went to my spin class this morning. My treat tonight is a sirloin steak with onion rings, chips and a salad. Can't wait! :-)

I have treats most days, lol. But today I made crepes for breakfast. Delicious and should fit in my diary just fine.

Busted my butt all week long, and this evening I am attending a cousin's wedding, so I'll probably have a bit more calories today that I normally wouldn't! Looking forward to having some fun!

Last night I tried the new Mexican place in my neighborhood. I made sure to go for a morning run and not have any snacks, and it fit my calories just fine. Well, probably it did. Restaurant nutrition is always a guess. Totally worth it either way, though. Yum!
