If you're not losing, you're not eating at a deficit. You're probably underestimating your food &/or overestimating your burn. Weigh your food, and try eating back half your exercise calories.0

^this
also weight loss is not linear, it jumps.
ETA: you should really eat back your workout calories and net the number mfp gives you as that already has the deficit to lose build in0 -
Take measurements...i had a couple friends not losing but they lost several inches from arms, legs, stomach and waist...0

Most likely you are underestimating your intake...if you're not weighing and measuring pretty much everything, I can pretty much guarantee it because in general we as people are pretty bad at guestimating portions, etc. For example, do you eat a chicken breast and log it as 4 Oz (standard serving)? If so, you're underestimating your intake...the average chicken breast is closer to 8 Oz...double the standard serving on the package.
Studies indicate that people underestimate their intake by as much as 20 - 30% and even up to about 50% when they just eyeball. It's a good idea to weigh and measure until you get a real handle on what stuff looks like on your plate, in your hand, etc...I still weigh calorie dense stuff even though I'm at maintenance and don't log anymore.0 -
You can open your diary here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings0

You can also slow weight loss by not eating enough. Your body thinks it's starving and conserves fat. The best route to go is to use a BMR calculator. This will tell you the base amount of calories your body uses to function. Don't go below this! Then be sure to eat back any calories you burn!
Also, be honest about EVERYTHING you eat, and double check what MFP says against the actual label. sometimes things are inaccurate here. good luck!0
