    Thanks! I just wanted to say that people should not get discouraged or give up. Keep on doing your thing and results will eventually show up, even if it isn't a number on the scale, you are still healthier than when you started.

    Thanks so much! I feel more energetic and youthful as well. It's kind of hard to believe that I am middle aged. How did that happen? And things are looking up! I was offered a dream job yesterday!
