Hi y'all!! I am a mother of 5 really wanting to motivate others as well as myself. I just had my 5th baby 6 months ago and have 31 extra pounds to lose. I lost 100 lbs and maintained for 8 years. With the birth of my last I lost my groove. I did this all on my own before and am really excited to meet new friends with the same goals and have a support system. :) I have lost at least 10lbs so far and feel stuck. Workout tips to start off slow really needed! Also I have forgotten how to curb the munchies.

    Hello ! I'm new as well and I have 5 children too! It's been harder to get the pounds off after my little one! Good luck to us on our journey! I'm looking to lose 20-25 lbs.

    Thanks for the add!! The last baby has really made this hard! I am not sure if my age is a factor lol. Looks like our goal is really close!! :)
