Also I've read of this one where you lie on your back, legs bent so your knees are up and you push your hips up by contracting glute muscles. Meant to be wonderful but I have not tried it yet - I just googled this same thing the other day though as I now decide I want a sexy booty.0 -
The Butt Bible by Pauline Nordin. Killer rear end workout. you can find all levels on youtube. routine:
day 1 lower level 1
day 2 upper level 2
day 3 rest/cardio
day 4 lower level 1
day 5 upper level 2
that is the routine for two weeks, then move on to level two, same routine, then level three. on the weekends I just rest and do cardio. the first time I did the butt bible my *kitten* hurt sooo bad lol. but you will see results and fast.0 -
