Calorie burn on Arc / Adaptive Motion trainer

Does anyone wear a HR monitor when using an arc trainer, who can give me an accurate idea of calorie burn? The machine reckons I use between 10-15 cals a minute, which seems really high. I normally use it for 30 minutes at a time and halve the calories the machine shows to be on the safe side.
I know calorie burn depends on weight, but I'm 5 ft 4 and 138lb, how much would you expect the machine to burn in 30 minutes?

The best way to figure this is to wear an hrm. Arc trainers grossly over exaggerate the amount of calories burned. I was shocked when I started wearing an hrm and compared what it said to what the machine said.0

I use a HRM on the Arc at my gym. I find it a lot more accurate.0
