Looking For New Friends

This is my third attempt at MFP. It worked the first time and I lost ten pounds. I gained 15 since I quit MFP the first time. I've never been a yoyo dieter. I was always a big eater and very active in my 20's. Now I eat like I'm active, but I'm sedentary, so tracking is really important to keep myself from overeating. I did not start gaining weight until I turned 31. My 30's sucked because I only remember it as my fat decade. I will turn 39 next week and want to hit 40 looking awesome, so this is my year to lose 37 pounds. Feel free to add me.

    I was also active in my 20's and into my 30's then 40 hit and things changed. I'm trying to start this thing with realistic goals rather than overwhelming myself and setting myself up to fail. It's only been a week, but so far, so good. I'll offer any support and motivation I can. Good luck in this journey!
