hi
I would like to buy a vibrating exercise plate. I have no idea which one to buy. I want one that has a 2000w motor (minimum) please can someone help I would rather buy on recommendation!

I just looked up what this machine actually was. It appears that it only works if you actually exercise while on the plates. Just standing there won't do anything. There are also some studies that indicate that the vibration can cause back problems and possibly brain damage.
What makes you think that buying this has any real advantage to just doing regular exercise?0 -
In for the vibrating.
But I'd say just work out the normal way, rather than risk injuring yourself on one.0 -
