Awesome Asian Dinner!
I've been a cook for 14 years. I came up with this low cal dinner that you can fill up on.
8oz. Tilapia or scallops (tilapia is less cals)
1 cup broccoli
1 cup bean sprouts
2 cooked cups of clear Chinese noddles (made from bean or sweet potato starch) found at Asian market.
1 teaspoon fresh garlic
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon light soy saucesauce
Steam veggies and fish, boil and drain noddles mix all together.
This is for 1 serving. It will be a huge plate of food. I couldn't even eat half of it and the whole plate was under 400 cals!
I hope you guys try it, let me know.

The noddles are also called Cellophane noddles. There real low in cals as far as a pasta goes. Let them cook for almost 2x as long as regular pasta.0
