Hi guys
So I've reduced my calories down to 1500 a day to reach my target weight, I've been going to the gym and it feels great, however I've gone over my calorie limit today by 300 calorie, but I sit feel hungry what should I do?

Brush your teeth. I find a nice, clean minty mouth takes my cravings away.0

Are you logging your exercise and eating back a good proportion of those calories? If not, suggest you try that, other wise, as I understand it, your calorie deficit will become much more than you need to loose weight at the amount you have decided. Also look at the type of food you are eating - we all need some good fats in our diet, and these help satisfy hunger.0
