Restarting after a bad year

Hi all, I'm James.
my first weight loss journey started in mid 2012, with the intention of enlisting in the US Air Force... I walked into the recruiter's office for the first time at 215 lbs (I'm 5' 9"), and I needed to be under 186. I set my goal for 176 just to give me a little bit of leeway. I left for basic in February at exactly 176.
I had a really bad year in 2013, and I didn't keep the weight off through basic training and tech school (I have a bad habit of eating like crap when I'm stressed)... on Jan. 1 2014 I weighed in at 210, and decided that it needed to change. down 4 lbs already, and hoping to keep this pace up. my goal weight this time is going to be 170. luckily for me I now live right next to a wonderful (and free) gym. I'm running 4 days a week, and doing resistance training as well (I haven't figured out a schedule just yet).

Ad me if you wish. As a pilot it would be great to have an Air Force guy as a buddy! A little older than you, but the aviation stories stay pretty much the same, lol!0

Welcome James
You've done it before I'm sure you can do it again. The difference being this time learning how to keep it off and still continue with your normal life. It will be a challenge but life is about challenges so let's go for it.0
