Is that possible? I want to strength train, but dont have weights or gym access. what can i do? I am 5'0 and 119 pound and i am trying to get rid of belly fat, so i heard strength training and a deficit would help.

You can do body weight exercises for now, but eventually will have to use leverage to increase resistance. Look into getting a TRX suspension system.

Yep, bodyweight exercises are great!
Box jumps (or just jump onto a chair and back down)
Squats
Lunges
Push Ups
Pull Ups
Sit Ups
Crunches0 -
I started with body weight exercises for strength training and that helped me get started building muscle. Just google those and look for ones that look fun to you. Also, check out DIY weights because instead of getting a $30 medicine ball, you can fill a jug with water, etc. I'm cheap, so I built my own home gym with Craigslist stuff, hand-me-downs, thrift store finds, and random household items.0

Google "You Are Your Own Gym". It is an awesome app with BW exercises.0

These have worked well for me. I do leg lifts and planks rather than sit ups or crunches myself.
I've read You Are Your Own Gym. It's a good read and makes a compelling argument for body-weight exercises.0 -

especially if the chair is from someplace like ikea0 -
I agree - I've done YOYOG - great program. I used the iPad app and did it for about 12 weeks. I currently am doing P90X3 and just finished T25. T25 was completely weight free - it just used your own body. P90X3 uses some bands but that is about it. All 3 are great.0

Yes.
Note that the workout DVDs like P90x are more cardio than 'weights'.
There's plenty you can do with your body weight.
However, it's easier to get decent consistent progression with a barbell I'd say - just easier to monitor if nothing else.
Yoou can usually get a weights set up for not much, even free on freecycle if you're lucky.
I've built my own bench in the past and currently have a DIY 'power cage' which can take way more weight than I need it to.0
