I drank all my water yesterday-- and when I measured sliced turkey for lunch I made sure it was exactly the 3 oz. portion that I wanted. Over the long haul I think little changes make big results!

I walked up 6 flights of stairs to get my espresso machiato (skimmed milk) making it net zero calories!

Well since it is 5:30 in the morning, I haven't really done anything "right" TODAY, (except get out of bed) but yesterday, I made the decision to work out even though I didn't want to. I also joined a challenge to burn 500 calories a day from today (11/15/10) through next Monday (11/22/10). That's a few more calories than I usually burn, so it is a challenge.

I resisted the urge to have a Auntie Anne's pretzels, stared at the pretzels for 30 seconds and walked away.

    Thank you!
It's funny 'cos if the current me had gone back in time and told last week's me that I'll walk away from a pretzel, last week's me would never believe it. Not sure if i'm making any sense.. maybe i'm still suffering from pretzel withdrawal symptoms hehe. I've only been here for a week and i'm already having a healthier diet!
