No not the food!
These past two months I've been having elbow pain and tenderness. Benching and dips are the worst but I manage. I was thinking of wrapping my elbows but I'm afraid of getting dependent on them.
Anyone use wraps? Any regrets?
Thanks.

Sounds like tendonitis or a repetitive strain injury which means doctor time. See a qualified doctor, it will be cheaper in the long run, and your arms wont hurt as much. There is a reason why your elbows hurt, whether it is a tear or swelling, joint pain is one of those thing you don't want to be wrong on.0

Do you train forearms? My problems stopped once I started directly training them.0

Wraps/strap/supports will only help you continue doing what you're doing, perhaps with less pain. They won't make the problem go away. See a physio, get treated, find one who will help you train to lessen the damage! You'll be better off in the long run...0
