From what sources do you get your Fitness/Dieting info?

I have always been a scientifically minded person that is motivated by facts and numbers. As such, whenever I have a fitness/dieting question, I usually turn to actual research papers on the subject (I spend a lot of time on PubMet). Out of curiosity, where do you get most of your info? Here's my breakdown:
Research Papers - 55%
Research backed Articles (with sources cited) - 20%
Fitness/Diet Articles (no sources cited) - 15%
Others Personal Experience/Forums/etc - 10%

I google my questions or ask on here then try to verify the answers. I usually end up finding articles that poorly sum up an actual scientific study then I do my best to track down the study they looked at so I can read it myself.0

My go-to online resources are:
Lyle McDonald (bodyrecomposition.com)
Alan Aragon
Steve Troutman (body-improvements.com)
Graeme Thomas
Nick Tumminello
Tom Venuto (burnthefatblog.com)
Scooby's Workshop
There are some really knowledgeble people on this site. I can always count on one of them to hit the research papers and get to the truth.0 -

Alan Aragon (AARR -- research review)
James Krieger (weightology.net, also has a great research review)
Lyle McDonald
Eric Helms and the 3dmj team
Steve Troutman (body-improvements.com)
Brad Schoenfeld
Bret Contreras
and I'm certain I'm probably leaving some people out unintentionally0 -
I sometimes ask people here, but I always double check with my doctor. He didn't go to school for 7 years for nothing.0
