23 yo back at it---looking for support!

I've been a MFP user off an on for about 2-3 years now and have finally decided to put my foot down and take my weight loss journey seriously. I am a 23 yo female weighing in at 158 lbs. I'm looking to lose about 20lbs. and tone tone tone!
After the holiday season something hit me and I realized how unhappy I was with myself. These feelings in turn showed up in my relationships with my family, friends, and long-time boyfriend causing unnecessary problems just because I'm not comfortable with who I am.
I'm 23, I should be loving life and living up my 20s shouldn't I? Instead I'm doing the exact opposite and it's time to change that....not only for me but for everyone in my life who my unhappiness has affected.
I'm looking for friends who either have similar stats as mine, in the same age group, or who just want someone to follow them on their journey as you follow me on mine. I'm trying the whole "clean-eating" thing, eating MOSTLY whole foods. I also do crossfit and love love love it! So any fellow cross-fit crazies who want to add me please do!

Hi! I'll be 23 in a month. I weighed in yesterday at 157.6 so I'm right at about the same weight, and I'm hoping to lose another 25 pounds or so. I got back on the wagon about 2 weeks ago, and while I don't follow clean eating, I've been really watching how much I eat.0

well i can't say i'm totally clean, i'm a grad student currently and on a college budget---clean eating isn't always possible haha. but i agree with you counting calories is unfortunately a necessary step to success!0

I'm a 23-year-old university student weighing in at 132lbs. I'm looking to lose another 12lbs. I run 3x a week as well as a lot of strength training or other cardio. I try to eat relatively clean but man I love my ice cream! I'm a pretty active MFP user so feel free to add me!0

I'm 25 and sitting around the same weight. I've started my next stage of weight loss and have shed just under 5kg in two weeks on a new plan.
I've had a mostly clean eating diet for a few years now and have been using MFP on and off for about three years. I studied and worked full time post high school so I understand the difficulty with balancing healthy food on a tight budget and trying to maintain an active lifestyle!
