Im not a runner, jogger never really suited me.
But I went out today for first time in years and I managed to be out for half an hour
Few years ago I probably wouldn't of managed a few minutes.
I had to take a few rest walks and woukd say jogged at a slow pace
But I did alot more than I would of been able to do few years back or possibly last year.
my avarge heart rate was 148 max was 173.
Hirgher than my hrm advised but I did the best I could.
All thanks to insanity that ive been doing its definitely improved my cardio
Something I tgought id never improve.
Im feeling goood

Nice work! I remember that first jog when I lost my baby weight way back. I had never been a runner or a jogger and I just decided to try it.Also way up on HRM. But I kept it up, and soon was running 6 miles, and very fit. You will get where you want to go, just take the step and build that strength! Really well done!!0
