Hello MFP's, my name is Mohamed, im 23 from Cairo, Egypt.
when i was young i was really fit, and i used to do martial arts and was in great shape, then as i started in college things started to get loose and i got really overweight in very short time. loosing weight has been a goal sliding from a year to the next for about 4 years now waiting to be accomplished. but this year 2014 i know i will make it happen.
My goal is to
1- lose weight (get body fat to less than 10% (somewhere between 70 and 73kg))
2- increase flexibility (ability to open front, side splits 180 degrees)
3- ability to do 100 push ups in a row
4- ability to do human flag
5- never stop or break exercise routine till i achieve the above 4 goals
i know some of these goals might be a bit far off from where i am now, but that's what goals are about, getting outside your comfort zone and doing things you never thought you would be able to do.
being new to mfp i love the idea of keeping up progress with other people. so if you are looking for someone to motivate you and hold you accountable for missing out exercises , and you are looking forward to do the same, then add me.
