Hi! I wanted to share my first video blog on my journey. I've gotten to my goal of 50 lbs lost in 2013 and now I'm ready for 2014 with 20 - 40 more lbs to go. Check out my video as I should you before and after pictures and what I'm planning to do for my 2014 journey.
