Getting torn open in a thread, who wants to join in?

I am currently tag teamed by some people in a thread because I sort of implied that long distance running can be bad for the knees. Would anyone else like to get in on this? I have a few openings in my schedule for you to attack me with sarcasm and memes. Just fill out your application and we'll set up an interview.

This one is the worst. Someone not caring is much more unnerving than someone caring in a negative way. :(

Depends...are you playing devil's advocate, or is this really how you feel?

Will you still love me, when I'm no longer young and beautiful?
Will you still love me, when I got nothing but my aching soul?
I know you will, I know you will, I know that you will
Will you still love me when I'm no longer beautiful?

Why do you care what strangers on the internet think? If YOU know that you are correct, why bother to prove yourself to anybody? Why waste the mental energy caring at all?

It's the INTERNET. Thousands of people with thousands of opinions. If you can't handle some disagreement and people defending their beliefs, I would suggest reading a book and selling your computer. Let it roll off your back.

And starting a whole new thread just to whine, screams DRAMA QUEEN to me.

It take humility to know what you do not know.

Your ego is astounding. You were the problem in that thread and could have stopped posting at any time.

There is always the option of just staying out of the thread and no longer posting on the subject. Just sayin'.

For clarity sake, before the "mean people" accustations, you didn't exactly imply. You said
That is a long time to be running. Bad for your knees, bad for your muscles, maybe slightly good for your heart. It is up to you if you want to run that long, I suppose.

    But if you want memes

In that case, I would think you'd be used to itching and painful burning.
