Hi, I bought a set of three kettlebells and plan on using them in my exercise regimen. I can't find kettlebell when I type in my exercise activity. I have NO way to know how to calculate them. Am I just not typing in correctly? I looked under both types and nothing comes up. Help would be appreciated! Thanks!!

you can go here and get a rough idea http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/calories_burned.asp?exercise=306
of course, it is only a rough idea, as is the exercises on MFP anyway, calories burnt depend person to person, age, weight, intensity.0 -
I think its on the higher MET end. If you use a Fitness Blender free youtube routine alot of times they will give you estimates of calories burned. I use the low end being a lighter female.0

Thanks ladies! Unfortunately, I have NO IDEA what you are talking about! Ha! I am guessing there are some videos on Youtube called fitness blender and I can look up the kettlebell ones.... You are definitely out of my fitness reach....Thanks for your answer though. I will check it out.
