Exercise DVD suggestions for 2nd floor apartment

I live on the 2nd floor of my apartment building. I don't want to be a jerk and jump around all the time, so I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for exercise DVDs that have less "jumping" movements but that still give great calorie burns.

Thanks :]

Fitness Blender has a couple of "quiet" / apartment workouts. But I have found that a thick rug and polite timing works best.
  • P90X has plyo with is jumping but you can replace it with another cardio option they give you. Have you heard of P90X?

    Yoga DVDs!

Bob Harper's yoga DVDs are good, and incorporate a lot of strength stuff. Also, pretty much anything from Gaiam. I got Gaiam TV (a streaming service) and I love how you can sort through the dvds based on time, what body part you want to work, and so on. It's maybe $10/month, but it has tons of different stuff on there, including Jillian Michaels videos and documentaries and stuff, but I mainly just watch the yoga ones.

    This is my life.

It may be more female-oriented but Blogilates has great strength videos, most of which don't involve much jumping (some do).
    I generally don't wear shoes.

I also like thegymbox - it's a streaming service similar to Gaiam.
