These are my first updated photos. I don't see a difference when I look in the mirror yet, but others do. Probably because I am a pessimist!! First was taken earlier this year at 400 plus pounds....

And this is now, at 370. I still have a long way to go, but I know I am going to get there!!!

    Your look GREAT! and you can definatly see the difference!!

    My hubby is the same way, he has lost 100lbs and tells me he just doesn't see it... A lot of times. we often see ourselves as the fat person, even after we have lost the weight, because this is what we know, think and feel about ourselves... Allow your self to indulge into the differences! You look amazing! Keep up the great work!

    I usually have a hard time seeing the differences when people gain or lose weight, but you can definitely tell! Way to go! Keep on moving!:smile:
