If you want to participate, feel free to post the following information once a week:

This challenge will go for 20 weeks in total and weigh in dates will be 21/1/14, 28/1/14, 4/2/14, 11/2/14, 18/2/14, 25/2/14, 4/3/14, 11/3/14, 18/3/14, 25/3/14, 1/4/14, 8/4/14, 15/4/14, 22/4/14, 29/4/14, 6/5/14, 13/5/14, 20/5/14, 27/5/14, 3/6/14 (excuse my dates potentially looking 'backward', that is how we write them here in Australia)
Feel free to post a 'place holder' comment and edit that post each week to keep the board neat.
Even if I am the only one participating, hopefully this challenge will keep me on track to meet my goal

It's a comment that you can edit at a later date, so your post is not on page twentysomething. You can also just find your first post and 'quote' for a new comment0 -
