Seven Minute Workout App

Hi. I've just downloaded the Seven Minute Workout app for my iPhone and have been doing it every day - it's quite high intensity, but I'm not really sure of how to log it in my exercise diary. Any suggestions?

    I also have this app and use it as warmup for my workout!!!

    I don't record it as part of my workout.

    I currently go to the gym every day on my lunch break and do the 30-Day Shred every evening - good to log everything though; every little helps!
