It was my weigh-in day today and my scales say I'm 15st 8 and I've lost 8lbs apparently, this is my first week of being super healthy is this possible or are my scales wrong

It's pretty common actually.. When you first start a diet, you lose a lot of water weight.. probably 90% of that or more was water. The more important thing is trends over 4-8 weeks. This way you alleviate water weight fluctuations.0

Wait a few days and weigh again. If it still says 15.8 then chalk it up to success and keep working.0 -

haha, ok.. then wait until next week. It's not a race. Heck, half the time I forget to weigh myself.. usually it's 1-2x a month.0 -
