Feeling hungrier this week

That last couple of days, I am SO hungry! I don't know what is going on. I usually feel great and eat the foods to keep me feeling full and rarely feel hungry...
I will eat and a little later feel hungry again. I did up my game at the gym and am burning another 250 or so calories on top of the 750 I was burning before (so 1000 total). Do you think that could be giving me more of an appetite??
Luckily I have a lot of low cal, nutritious snacks around!! :laugh: :laugh:

LOL I do have some in the cabinet but when I am feeling this ravenous, that probably isn't the best thing to eat!! :laugh: :laugh:0 -
Me too, luckily I have been having really strong runs of late, so I'm back on track. I have lost a pound or so this week so far, of course from the look of the yellow cake and chocolate icing cake Manda is throwing together for me in the kitchen, that might be reversed tonight.0

How long is your workout? How the hell do you manage to burn 1000 calories?
I burned 481 today and i'm all proud of myself.0 -

I burned 481 today and i'm all proud of myself.
Well I have been doing 65 min on the elliptical, level 19....(60 min + 5 min cool down)....and this week I have added some time on that other elliptical..the one without using arms but that you can up the incline. Actually the combined calories burned on both is over 1100, but I always bring it down by 100 or so with inconsistencies with machines.0 -

I added 2 Spin classes to my weekly routine and I have noticed I am SUPER hungry the next day. Almost like my body is geared up for that workout again and wants me to feed it more. That got better this week. (so did the aches and pains) :laugh:

My scale jumps back when it sees my temper now i've kicked it so much..I wonder if there is such a thing as "scale-abuse"0 -
That's awesome Tammaroo. I think if I had longer than my lunch hour to workout, I would burn more calories. I can never fit everything in to that 45 minutes I have to workout.
On Thursday the scale is going to be down like 5 pounds, just wait and see!0 -
