Please cheer me up ...have stepped on the scales to see a big 4 pounds gain !! I usually only gain a pound extra when it's the time of the month ...what crazy numbers do you ladies get and how long does it take you before it's gone again ....mine can be up to ten days ...feeling very disheartened

I can go out 8lbs, but I know whats causing it, I know its not fat, so it doesnt get to me. No point stressing about something I can't change and will get rid of itself on its own.0

3 lbs this month, usually it's 2. I'm day 3 of TOM now and I'm now only 1 lb above my lowest last month... Hoping I lose it soon!0

Oh don't even weigh yourself around that time! I also wish i would take my own advice.
I can jump up 5-6lbs EASY around that time. Drink loads of water, watch sodium, and you'll be fine.0 -
I usually try to not weigh myself that week, though I normally do.
I just make sure I understand the 500g - 1kg (1-2lb) difference is not because I've done something, it's because nature wants us to be cranky for a few days!
Just be sure not to eat unnecessarily during it, I normally justify it as, "Well, I think I deserve it (normally a cupcake) this week," but I'm trying to avoid that, because then it really is something I've done!0 -
I guess I will just have to accept that it's just water weight !!0
