    Since I started exercising more regularly, I have more discipline and more consistency. I am applying these values to the rest of my life and I am a lot more confident than I was before. I now feel I can accomplish a lot more and push my limits even more. I can now reach goals I couldn't have just 5 years ago.

    ... A chance to run after my kids at the park, wear clothes that fit and not hide in stuff two sizes too big, a sense of calm wearing a swimsuit in public so my family can go to a pool this summer
