Arm Wrestling

I recently started trying to get in better shape. I told my uncle I was going to beat him in arm wrestling by May. He doesn't think there is anyway possible. I want to show him that I can. I only have a pair of 3lb, a pair of 5lb, and a pair of 10lb dumbbells. My husband also has 35lbs, 45lbs, and 55lbs. There is no way I can use his yet. I think I could use heavier than my 10s but I don't have money for new weights at the moments. Do you guys have any suggestions exercise I can do for this? I really really want to beat him. I don't like the fact he doesn't think I could ever beat him because I am a female. It irks me.

    That was a weird thing to say to your uncle? If you are already in weird standing with your uncle might I suggest just go all the way with it and wear an innappropriate top on the day of the match. Maybe he will give in from sheer embarrassment.

    Possibly you could practice your graceful losing technique as well?

    You guys are just being inappropriate. I do think I could beat him if I work hard and try my best. I don't think I need to flash someone to win. I was just wanting some advice that was actually real advice.
