Hello everyone,

Excited to be trying the site and the planning and tracking that it affords. I feel positive about this journey and plan to start with losing 40 lbs, not sure if this is enough but for now it's the goal. Hoping to make some friends and offer support to all of you. I live in Nova Scotia and am a 37 year old woman. Have a wonderful day.
