Gilad's Body in Motion and Total Body Workouts on TV

Does anyone else "workout with Gilad" on his two shows that are on Discovery Health? Wondering if you feel this is a good strength training workout for each day (if you do both shows)? They are about 18-22 mins long if you fast forward through commercials. 5 mins warmup and a 5 min ab at the end.
Thoughts?

I stumbled on those programs one day when looking for a new DVD to do at home, thought I would see if there was anything on already and have been recording the Total Body Workout one on my DVR (I actually didn't realize the other one was also on TV - same channel, Discovery Fit and Health?). Prior to this my exercise routine was mostly walking/stationary bike and the occaisional short run, so I thought this would be a good way to ease into strength training. I think it is a decent workout - I usually don't fast forward through the commercials I do lunges, walk laps around my house, or basically anything to keep moving for those minutes so I usually end up logging 30 minutes of circuit training in MFP for the one show.
I'm sure it is not the most hard core strength training that you can do but I am starting to notice more tone in my arms and I do feel like it is a decent workout. I'm interested in other people's comments.
Gilad is a little cheesy but so is every other fitness instructor I've ever seen on TV/videos!0 -
I really like the Gilad workouts. You can download them from Amazon for $2 per episode as well. I often squeeze them in when I don't have time for much more, or for a bit of strength workout after a run. When done consistently and with increasing weight as you build muscle, I think it's a good option.0

Thanks for the replies! I've tried to print out some workouts (strength training) but it seems like the longest time of my life but then I throw on some Gilad and it feels like 5 mins!0
