OK...I noticed last night that I seem to be losing fat more from my right side than from my left side (belly, leg). Is this normal? Have others experienced this?
Seems weird to me...

Do you favor one side when you work out? Maybe you have better form on one side. It wouldn't account for a difference in fat, but maybe in tone.0

My calves are very a-symmetric. My right is big and bulky while my left is lovely and defined. There's not a marked difference in strength. It's really weird.
But yes, make sure you are working each side evening. When strength training start with the weakest side first. If you can't get all your reps with that side, do the same number with the stronger side.0 -
well i'm right handed, so it's possible I favor the right...but my left side is just as tired when I'm done.0

might work...I'll try it for a few weeks and see if I notice a difference...I do mostly cardio, but I will push harder on the left when on the bike0 -

yup...I have a bigger fat-pouch on my left side belly than my right...it's crazy weird0 -
Well there is a difference between where your body is losing fat from and an actual muscular imbalance....or strength imbalance.
If it truly is a strength imbalance, then following others advice will work however you can't spot reduce, so if it's just a matter of where your fat is coming from first, I mean there just is nothing you can do about it. I lost fat from my upper body first and it's taken a long time for it to start coming off my lower body. There is nothing that I could have done to change this. You just have to be consistent in your caloric intake and make sure it's conducive to your goals and keep active.0
