This saturday will be epic for me not only will I be graduating Body Beast but it will be 2 years on my journey and the weight is still off!:)))) thank you to so many people that have helped me changed my life, and thank you to all the people that i have met here, that have supported me through this journey!:) feel free to add me

    You've accomplished something that is difficult for many...keeping the weight off. Well done! I'm at that point and am still working on the correct balance, but have held fairly steady for about 9 months. For a previous "yoyo-er" that is big. Congratulations!
