    1. Cow dairy products (Ice cream, milk, processed cheeses...)
    2. Baked goods (cookies, cake, sweet breads...)
    3. Beer

    Common denominator: Sugars.

Thus, I eat very little sugar on a regular basis.
  • PROTEIN, cabbage, dairy
  • Ground beef
    Hamburger
    Beef burritos
  • Asparagus or any type of non ground beef (tie)
    Broccoli
    Green Apples

This is an interesting topic. Check out the FODMAP diet if you have a big problem with gas. My three are:

    apples
    wheat
    overeating anything
  • 1. Mince
    2. My homemade veg soup
    3. Brussels sprouts
  • If I eat it more than twice a week:

Lentils -- the painful type of gas lol!
    Oatmeal
    Broccoli

    :)

Interesting! My homemade soup is full of lentils...perhaps the lentils are the culprit and not the veg! :D

Thanks to DamePiglet, I took a probiotic this morning when I ate my Quest bar. Just in case I go to the gym today. I don't wanna be "that" girl!

    may your butt be silent.

Here's hoping! :drinker: Don't want this to happen....squat - "pffft" - *giggles* (the giggle always gives it away)

hey, can you come back & let us know? or maybe over the course of a couple of days? 'cause now I'm curious.

    Sure!

I'm not sure it's helping. Friday was pretty bad. Ask the guy I was trying to help with directions! Maybe I should try taking one with each meal instead of just one a day.

I've always hated oatmeal. But I know oatmeal is good for you. So today I ate oatmeal. And discovered another food item that makes me squeeze my glutes tight enough to turn coal into diamonds at my desk at work.

I'd been holding it in all freakin' night at a concert! I figured I was outside, it was time to cut loose.

I think it said you can take up to 5. I'll have to look at the bottle again. It's in my fridge at home. I need to look at my diary from Friday and see what the culprit was. Yesterday it was McD's.

The closest thing I have to a super power is my digestion.
Not to say I NEVER get gas, but it seems that I can easily digest things most people have trouble with.

Me too. The only thing that really gives me gas is chickpeas. Which sucks because I LOVE falafel! I eat it anyway.
