Stand up desk problems

Does anyone use a stand up desk for their desk job?

I got mine 11/2012 and was using it at least 5-6 hours a day for most of the year following. Now my right elbow is hurting so much all the time I can barely take it. It seems to be from using my computer mouse. No matter which way I adjust or try to alleviate the strain it's hurting. Any ideas?

I have had a standing desk for about 6 months now. Now problems for me.

Why do you think it is the mouse use? That seems weird to me.

Your not supposed to stand all day. 40-60 min then sit down for 30 min. If you stand too long you will get tired and hang on your hip or elbows or whatever. This is one reason why people get pain in new and different places when they switch to adjustable desks. Just mix it up and see if it helps. Good luck!

I have a stand up desk. I usually stand 30-60 mins then rest. No elbow problems.

I would switch to a counter height desk, where you can use an ergonomic, saddle-style seat. That's what I use. That and a treadmill desk set-up.
