    Fantastic! I'm still a long way from that...running just doesn't seem to work for me yet. But I'm not giving up!

    Major NSV....mark this date in your calendar. By this time next year you will be amazed at how far you've come from just 1 mile...I am certain!

    Congratulations!!! This is a great accomplishment!!! I haven't been able to jog in a few years, because of all my weight problems and ankle problems!!! I hope one day to do the same!!!
