I like to add in PB2 chocolate and a small handful of almonds. It tastes like a chocolate almond bar lol0

I like to cook it with some dried raisins or blueberries for sweetness, and in almond milk for calcium and creaminess, then add a Tablespoon of peanut butter at the end if I'm in the mood for it. I add a little stevia if it's not sweet enough...0

I usually just do steel cut oats with a bit of pastured butter and a sprinkle of sea salt. Savory and delicious.
Sometimes a handful of carefully measured mixed nuts or dried fruit is good too0 -
I use steel cut oats. I have been cooking them overnight in the crockpot. Here are a couple of ways I do it:
3/4 cup oats, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, 1 1/2 cup of water + cinnamon taste
or
same recipe as above just sub in unsweetened applesauce for the pumpkin
Sometimes, I'll cook it plain, and add honey/chia/hemp seeds after cooking.
My kids love it with cooked raisins.0 -
Easy, take one cup of uncooked oatmeal. Throw it away. Add one pound of rib-eye steak. broil medium rare. EAT. (oats are for ruminants).0

I cook up 1/3 cup regular oatmeal (I also buy various Bob's Red Mill hot cereal blends for some variety) with a little over 2/3 cup water and then after cooking add 1 cup mixed fruit (I change the fruit all the time so I get a lot of variety, I add fresh bananas, blueberries, strawberries, cherries, peaches, raspberries, etc.), 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed, 1/2 scoop whey protein powder (change up the flavors of this too) and 1 tsp spice such as cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, holiday baking spice, etc. Sometimes I add 1/8 cup nuts such as almonds if I have some handy. Makes a great bowl of delicousness.0

7g agave nectar
1/2 cup (almond) milk (or to desired thickness)
It should work with oatmeal, too.0
