No kidding, I came here to post exactly this topic!
It kinda depends on what I'm doing, right now, I'm focusing on running.
I have some reeeeeeally weird songs to keep me going.
But..my all time favorite go-to powerjams are
"lose yourself" by eminem and "right round" by flo rida

So interested in seeing more answers!

I usually set my Pandora to Destiny's Child!!! Seems like that has the perfect mix of workout jams!!! :)

Although I did catch a little bit of the top 30 songs of 2003 and it seems like a lot of those jams were on that list! lol

**could be my age tho!

Dubstep. If you're listening to Pandora, add a radio station for "Bassnectar". Ftw.

This Is Why We Fight - The Decemberists
My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark - Fall Out Boy

I usually do Zumba/dance workouts, and many, many Black Eyed Peas songs have a good beat. They're not usually my style, but I cannot deny that their music is excellent for workouts.

There are some YouTube vids of workout music I like, but they get repetitive if you start video at same time, so you have to randomly click the time bar to get variety. Just search "workout music" in YouTube for a bunch. They're usually between 1-1.5 hr long.

Alternatively, if you have SiriusXM Online then I like listening to either BPM or Electric Area (think that's the name) station.

I use FITRadio app. Has a great variety and you can select the style of music for whatever activity you are doing at the time.

I start every work out with Lamb of God and it gets me pumped.
Eventually I go from metal to kesha :noway: (laugh at me I do), her music makes me feel sexy when I work out, Idk, it works for me  :blushing:
