Ok so today I am overwhelmed with stress form school, work family etc etc. I notice what a toll stress takes on ym weight loss goals. I need a fun way to relax anyone have any ideas on stress management??

    Best two pieces of stress advice I was ever given -

    1. No one and nothing can stress you. They can only put pressure on you. Stress is how you respond to that pressure. i.e. stress is created by you.

    2. Everyone has a limit to what they can influence. If the issues which are stressing you out are within that limit, then take all actions you can to resolve/improve the matter and then move on. When issues are outside the limit of your influence, it's not worth stressing about them anyway - things are going to play out however they play out regardless of what you do, so you may as well make a mai-tai and hit the beach.

    Whenever I find myself getting stressed out, I think on these points, take whatever action is possible, and simply move on.

    Otherwi go for a workout, run, climb, box, yoga.
    Or meditation, yoga.
