5 months, 20lbs off with pics!

Two photos here. The top one being from a very strong calorie deficit that helped me get down 21lbs.

Which was fine, but I didn't want to be skinny I wanted to be fit. So I introduced calories gradually (100 additional per week) and began lifting a little heavier. The result after 3 months is 1 additional pound, but a noticeable difference in body comp. SCORE.

Now I'm at a cross fit gym doing snatches and clean and jerks. All it takes is a little effort!

    You look great! I like the more toned look versus skinny! Great work! That's kind of where I'm at. I'd like to lose the fat while toning and gaining a healthy muscle mass for a girl at the same time. :)
