Hi i'm Sarah, I've been here before and did well, but due to life getting in the way I put it all back on and more. The last 12 months have been hard due to several personal issues. I work full time, have 2 children and a husband with long term health issues.
I now feel ready to start again but know that I can do so much better with help and support.
Life is still throwing stuff at me but I believe my health is important and can't put it off any longer.
So if like me you are busy, stressed and still trying to lose weight feel free to add me!
