Please help me. I NEED professional advice. No I do not have a doctor.
I'm a female 14 and 5'2'' and 41-42 kgs
I have restricted my caloric intake to <1000 with extremely healthy foods the past few months.
I have lost 14 kgs in the past few months along with my period for 2 months
I do not exercise intensively but I walk as much as I can and do sports in school.
I really need to up my caloric intake but I really DO NOT WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT.
l am worried if I continue on this restrictive diet and stay preoccupied with food it will destroy me physically and mentally.
I dont know what to do...
This eating disorder is crazy and I need your advice.
I need to know the steps that will lead me back to a healthy state but I do not want to gain weight because I put in alot of hard work losing it., please understand.
I might see a doctor but I want to know what I should do right now..
Please tell me useful info and I will appriciate it more than you can imagine.

The advice people give and get here is for adult bodies.
You need to go see a doctor and a therapist or tell your parents so they can assist you.
Right now you aren't being safe with your choices and you need some help, its nothing to be ashamed of.

See a doctor. And if you want a community like this you need to go to sparkpeople for kids. This is an adult community for 18+.0

You say yourself that you need professional advice, so listen to yourself and go get it!!
You may have lost weight eating healthy food, but you aren't healthy. Restricting calories that much isn't healthy, nor is losing your period or being fixated on maintaining your weight. Being that weight is not worth risking your health for. Please get help - it may be hard to talk to your family and friends but they'll support you and only want the best for you. You need them to get through this!0
